Congratulations to Jeff Notrica and Inman Park Properties for AUDC award for Piebar, located at 2160 Monroe Drive.
Jeff Notrica, President of Inman Park Properties converted the Jova designed Trust Company Bank to a unique dining spot called Piebar.
Kudos goes to Notrica for saving a piece of Atlanta history.

This is a very pretty building. Why dont more buildings get saved? it seems everyone wants to tera things down! Jeff Notrica seems to have saved a lot of structures.
